In order to provide you with an even better experience, we have made some improvements to our technical support services. All of these enhancements are a result of the great feedback we have received from you and are now operational at CORE.
Speak Directly With Technical Staff
When calling CORE, you now have the option to “press 1 for technical support” and be routed directly to a Technician who can help. We have simplified the process and can ensure you will never have to wait for a call back when you just have a quick question, and you will never have to explain the problem you are experiencing to multiple people. You will simply speak directly to a technician who can help solve the problem and get you back to work as quickly as possible.
Our New Chat Option
You can now chat online with our Technical staff for support. That’s right, you can log a support request without ever having to pick up the phone or send an email. Our support team is standing by and ready to resolve any support request you may have.
CORE Support App
You now have a CORE Support app on your PC for quick access to launch support requests. This app allows you to quickly see important information about your computer, while providing some helpful links to instantly access our support webpage or to launch a support request via chat or email. The non-intrusive app lives in your PC system tray, which can be found at the bottom right-hand corner of most computer desktops.

This new customer service page serves as a launching point for support. If you are unsure of how to best log a support request, this webpage will show you all the options and allow you to simply click a button to access the chat tool, launch an email, view our phone number, or log into the client portal.
