Kelley Finalizes Merger With David Rodstol, Inc.
Kelley Connect, one of the largest independent providers of office technology products, mailing services and IT solutions on the West Coast, has finalized a strategic rtnership with David Rodstol, Inc. that will bring Rodstol under the Kelley umbrella and immediately expand Imaging, Mailing and IT Solutions available to David Rodstol, Inc. Customers throughout Washington State.
With offices in Wenatchee and Omak, Washington, David Rodstol, Inc. has been recognized as the leader in office technology services in the North Central part of Washington State since first opening in 1976.
By merging with Kelley, this brings many of the Kelley established solutions to the Rodstol customer base in Central Washington, enhancing the Rodstol offerings to include mailing solutions from Pitney Bowes, document management solutions, multi-channel communication solutions from Velocity World Wide and many more.
“We are excited to be able to bring these two great companies together,” said Aric Manion, Kelley Connect President. “With Rodstol’s rich history in the area and great brand presence, Rodstol will continue to service the area under the same name and retain their local presence in the area. Customers will now just have more options for their office technology needs.”
While Kelley is one of the largest independent dealers on the West Coast, Kelley and Rodstol both share a commitment to service and customer care that can only be provided by a local company.
With offices currently in Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Yakima and Portland, this merger will expand Kelley’s footprint into a new area of the state, while continuing to have a local presence in each area to better serve their customers’ needs.
