Continuous Improvement Update
Recently, we recognized some opportunities to increase operational efficiency and deliver a higher level of service to our customers. This led us to evaluate the top Professional Services Automation (PSA) software in the industry. It turned out that the system we had been using still stood out as the best solution on the market. So, instead of pulling the plug on ConnectWise, we decided to start fresh and design the platform to meet our specific business objectives and empower our customers even more. Some of these benefits are:
Redesigned partner portal –http://cw.helpmecore.com/support.
This makes it easy for customers to submit, track and update support requests.
New features will also allow customers to search our knowledge base, streamline support request entry and review historical data (e.g. review past invoices).
Automated Workflows – we worked hard to leverage the full capabilities of the ConnectWise program.
First, we designed internal workflows to ensure service levels are (and stay) high and support requests are handled quickly. Second, we streamlined processes like quoting, purchasing, receiving, invoicing and more. Third, we reduced the amount of system-generated notifications being sent to our customers and replaced them with internal controls.
Tighter Integrations – we audited our own system and made it work even better.
Our Remote Monitoring and Management platform will reduce the amount of time it takes our technicians to access important information and result in quicker resolution times for our customers.
